Proper installation of the Guardian™ ensures compliance with local fire codes and NFPA 10 requirements. PyroSafe provides complete installation documentation with every unit.
The carrying handle must be no higher than 3.5 ft (1.07 m) from the floor for units weighing ≤40 lbs.
Maximum travel distance to reach an extinguisher must not exceed 75 ft for Class A hazards; 50 ft for Class B.
Extinguishers must be visible and accessible at all times. Wall-mount bracket included with every unit.
Owner inspection required annually. Complete the fluffing wheel rotation and CO₂ cartridge check as documented.
